FANTI TOWN BUCHANAN  - Francess Johnson is a fish trader, and she lives in Fanti Town in Buchanan, Liberia, West Africa. She is the half-sister of Victoria and Lena Almstrom, and their father Sven Arne Almstrom was the head of LAMCO Garage in Buchanan, Liberia for 20 years. This blog aims to help support Francess outdoor kitchen where she dries fresh fish in the outdoor using open fire pit clay stove that she can sell to the public. Traditionally, the Fanti tribe fishermen and fish trading ladies have developed a unique technique to dry fresh fish for preservation.
